Owner of Jepson's Fresh Meats, Ron Jepson knows about quality. Thirty years ago, his grandfather Roy taught him to sell only the best meat at a fair price. That advice has been abided by Ron throughout his entire market experience, and was passed on to his son Raymond, who began working at the market as a young boy and has since decided to continue the family business as the fourth generation. Ron and Raymond still do everything the old-fashioned way; preparing only the finest cuts of beef and pork.
